The Design Review Administration provides professional architectural design review services to the four distinct resort communities of Arrowhead, Bachelor Gulch, Beaver Creek and Red Sky Ranch. Our services include pre-application consultation with property owners and their architectural teams, plan review, construction inspection and covenant enforcement.  We serve four separate design review boards comprised of community representatives and paid architectural consultants.
